2003 Outlander Fuel Pump - 4WD

Hi guys, newbie here. We have a 4WD Outlander, looking for a fuel pump. Apparently, the 4WD Outlander has an extra fitting on the fuel pump for a Fuel Suction Hose that the 2WD pumps don't have. Can't find a 4WD fuel pump, but the 2WD pump has a spot where a fitting might go. What's the deal here? Can we just add a pipe fitting there, or where do I get a 4WD pump? Thanks much !
