In answer to a question as to the reliability of the 2016 Outlander: Like one reader's response, I also have a 2015 diesel Outlander. And yes, at around 122,000 K , I also had to have the cracked manifold repaired. It appears this is not uncommon in the 2.2 diesels, for whatever reason. However, it is a reliable and comfortable vehicle. I did have a catch can and secondary fuel filter installed. I recommend a catch can if you are doing a lot of short runs. Could save you big money later on.
