Hi can anyone tell me if these vehicles are good? Or if they’re crap? I’m looking into buying one I am in Canada. Are parts very expensive? How are they to work on yourself? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks

Welcome to the forum @scool.

These are good vehicles but there are things you'll want to consider when buying a used Mitsubishi Outlander. A good first step is to get a mechanic you trust to inspect it. That alone can save you a lot of trouble with servicing, parts, etc. and doesn't cost much at all.

How soon are you looking to buy and if it's listed online, can you share the link here? That and/or any other details about it you can share will helpful.

What trim are you looking at? I have a 2017 GT and it's been awesome. I've been able to do all my maintenance so far and have had zero issues to date with over 85k miles. No adult over 5' can sit in the 3rd row.

I have a2015 Diesel. But did recently at 122,000 have manifold fixed due to cracking. Vehicle is reliable, comfortable for long trips, no electrical issues. As always, have a thorough mechanical inspection carried out.
Does anyone know if the 2019 has a CVT fluid dipstick or how do you check the fluid levels. I have a owner's manual up and I see a transmission fluid dipstick on the V6 only. How do you change the CVT fluid? I mean do I really need to take it to a mechanic? The manual says Mitsubishi dealer but I think by law they have to let others service it
