A/C will not switch off

Has anyone encountered the situation where switching drive modes between Normal and Eco modes turns the A/C on without illuminating the AC power on switch? The result being you can't turn the A/C off using the A/C button. The only way to turn it off is to switch drive mode back from Eco to Normal. i think the issue has only arisen since getting a media update from the dealer. 2022 2WD VRX Outlander Petrol with digital dash and rear heated seats.

Because you may have positions your control to defrost them you will not have control over the ac. There are some systems to work or not the way they make them and program will works as designed Better yet contact your seals person and he ,she should give you some information..
