Almost Stalls

Having an issue and just wanted to see if there was anyone else who may have had this happen.

I have a 2019 mitsu outlander es. It has just slightly over 68k on it so still a baby. While its idling and the rpms are where they should be, the needle will jump a little. Also if I rev the engine and let it drop. When it gets around or under 1000 rpms the engine sounds and feels like it might stall but doesnt. The lights slightly flicker and it does have a rough idle when cold started. Any suggestions would be awesome. Im thinking the plugs are on their way out and also maybe in need of a throttle body clean.
