Battery degradation to fast.

I have an Outlander PHEV 2018 only 52,000miles and with a full charge, i can get only 9 to 11 miles. I brought it to Mitsubishi dealer in Las Vegas Nevada to check the issue and they told me there is no problem with the charging battery, everything are 100% perfect. I disagree with them because i still get 9 to 11 miles after fully charge; so the technician told me that nothing more they can do. After that i called Mitsubishi Ref and they agree with me and give me a case number to get a manager to call me. After 4 days a manager name Michael called and leave a message and i called back he is not available.

This vehicle is still under warrantee up till 100,000 miles but seem like Mitsubishi doesn't want to fix it because it might be to costly for them.
If anyone know how to deal with this problem, please let me know.

The all-electric range for the 2018 is 22 miles from the EPA, and that's a best case scenario without AC or heat. Real world is less.
Mitsubishi uses resistive heating so if you're calling for heat in the cabin it's a heating element using juice.

Did you get it resolved?
I'm in Phoenix experiencing same issue. My dealer told me that Mitsubishi Corporate says its nomal degregation. Dealer also told me that they have 10 other PHEV owners with same issue and Corporate just says its normal and refuses to honor warranty.

Another Phx area resident here. I haven't opened a case yet, but interested in any tips you all may find in your contacts with Mitsubishi. Dealer even went so far as to say he's heard from multiple people with the same problems and my only course is to open a case.

Mine reports only 10-11mi on a full charge in ideal weather without the A/C or heat on. But the worse thing in my opinion, mine won't run in EV mode at all. On a full charge the ICE kicks in before the power meter hits the C in ECO. I essentially now have a normal hybrid car, not a PHEV. Even with low capacity on the drive battery I only work 5mi from home. I used to get 750-1500mi on a tank of gas. Now I get less than 450.
