Climate control is possessed??

Anyone experience the HVAC/climate control suddenly changing settings while driving? At first I thought I was imagining things, but it's happened many times now.

So I'll be driving with temp set to 70°F, low-ish fan, no seat heater. Then I'm suddenly roasting and look down to see: Auto fan, 75°, and seat heaters on MAX! Wtf?? 🤬

I'm in a '23 PHEV, but it might be a universal (non-hybrid) thing, don't know...

I have same problem with an Outlander SEL. Did not take it to dealer yet. Did you ever get a fix?

Hasn't happened in a while, since the weather warmed up. So, might not see it again until next winter... Glad I'm not the only one though! 🤣

I have noticed the same thing. Had it set for 68 degrees auto then I look down and notice its at 75 again. Had it happen twice on one 35 mile drive today. 2023 PHEV SEL.
