When you don't use the third row seats, do you like to put it down or not?

I don't think I'll ever use the third row seat. I wouldn't buy the Outlander if I really needed a thord row. We have a Dodge Durango that has a very accessible and totally usable third row. 8n 8 years we've used it maybe 4 times. I have mine down and don't plan on using it at all. I just appreciate the extra room. I had an Outlander Sport prior so the added cargo space is a huge plus for me.
