Dpf problem

I have a 61 reg outlander 2.2 did.
I bought this car back in November and was told it needed a dpf clean .I done this and it made no difference so I put a new dpf on it. This still didn't take it out of limp mode.
I have now changed the sensor and guess what after trying to reset it again with my old reader it is still in limp mode and has no power when accelerating especially when going up hill.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the ECU still thinks there's a DPF issue, even after replacing the DPF and sensor. You likely need to reset the DPF values and clear fault codes using a proper diagnostic tool—your old reader probably can't do that. Use something like a Launch X431 or visit a garage with Mitsubishi-specific diagnostics. Also, check the DPF pressure sensor hoses for blockages or cracks, and consider cleaning the EGR valve, as that can also trigger limp mode. If none of that works, check for turbo or boost leaks. But start with a proper DPF reset and fault code clear.
