hi i have just started to have issues with the heater blower under the glove box it has trouble starting up then seems to slowdown and speed up intermittently i have removed it and it is slightly stiff but doesn't make any nasty sounds. is it the motor is just warn out or could there be an issue with the voltage getting to the motor ?
