Outlander PHEV 2023 on-board computer software or communication problem

hello, I have since December 2022 an Outlander PHEV 2023 model SEL (Canada). Since delivery, the vehicle has experienced (intermittent) camera interruptions (for a few seconds) when backing up. When I drive and I open the radio, the dashboard screen goes black, then the Mitshubishi logo appears, followed by security notices like when starting the vehicle (again intermittently). Occasionally the radio sound gets stuck (intermittently) at a low level. I have to stop the vehicle and restart it to fix the problem. When parked, the driver's side mirror refuses to deploy (intermittently) after unlocking the vehicle and even after starting it. I have to stop the vehicle and restart it, this sometimes more than three times for the mirror to agree to deploy. I reported these problems to my dealer's technical department, but they tell me that they must see the problem happening in front of them to open a work order, and tell me that they have not received of complaint from other owner on these subjects. Are there any other owners of Oulander PHEV 2023 who experience some of these problems?

I have none of these issues. Electrical issues suck and are amongst the hardest to diagnose and resolve. The easiest path forward may be to trade it in for a new one.
I have been driving my 2023 PHEV GT-P since December 2022 and never had a single electric problem such a as yours. In fact, no problem at all. Sorry to know that you have all these glitches, which indeed are hard to diagnose when intermittent.

Sorry to hear of your problems. What is he dealer saying and trying to fix the problems?
Have not experienced any of this on my '23 PHEV. But on my other cars (Bolt and Outback) I did experience very similar stuff, and the fix was always a software update to the "infotainment system", provided for free at the dealership.

It's possible Mitsubishi updated that software between when they built your car (late 2022?) and now as many of us are getting our cars (built months later, early 2023). Maybe ask your dealer if they can just reload your system with whatever they have on file...? Or at least check the SW "version" of yours, then compare to a PHEV that just rolled off the delivery truck, see if yours is older, that would answer that question.

So far, with our 2023 PHEV, no issues, other than I'm still not convinced the FCM is working properly - I've taken a video of a test I ran with it and will show it to the dealer when I'm in for a vehicle oil change. On that note, the dealer response you received about "having to see it happen", is the textbook answer you'll get - one would think that the onboard computer would keep track of certain fault errors, that could be picked up via their ODBCII reader? That said, you might want to consider hooking up an inexpensive gopro clone camera, so that it can record the display as you drive (perhaps hanging it via a suction cup to the ceiling light), to hopefully catch the vehicle acting up.

Me neither, so far no issues at all, except for my heating seating in front, which I don't think works in the back. I tried the rear place, what the hell they heat a lot more than the front ones ! My dealer is aware and we will check next winter, when it will be very cold.

By the way, thanks to the ones that tried their heating seats to answered my question about it.
