Power Mode / towing questions

While I wait for delivery I'm looking for details on power mode.

I assume the full 248hp/330lbs torque are only available in power mode, is this correct?

If so, does that mean power mode is only available when battery is not depleted? Any info on what's available in Pure EV or Hybrid modes?

Why I'm asking:

I assume I will want to use power mode for towing a heavy load (esp if it's slightly above rated towing capacity)

The entire reason I'm after a PHEV instead of a BEV is because I make semi regular trips to the cottage.

The trip is 10km city, then 100km freeway, then 200km increasingly small highways (speed limit 80kph cruising speed 95-110). At the end of that I pickup my boat for the last 15km. Boat+motor+trailer is closer to 2000lbs than 1500 and the road is kinda hilly (road speed 70kph)

Then, after I launch the boat, the car is parked in an unserviced lot with nowhere to plug in before I do the mirror opposite on the return.

I assume for trip planning I would want to arrive at the "tow the boat" segment with a full charge so I might want to use some charge mode on the highways.

ive looked into the power rating and really couldn't find a good answer as to how this works out . however the power and torque ratings come from the electric engines alone so should be available at all times . does power mode give you more power than whats rated ? or do they limit one ( im assuming front ) of the electric motors when the ice clutches into the trany ? cant seem to find the answers on this .
I have been assuming that power mode was related to how much current is supplied to the motors. The battery is capable of delivering X Amps, the ICE generator can do Y Amps and power mode uses X+Y for max total power.

well while driving i see at times the engine turns on and clutches into the the generator while in normal mode so im guessing not but god knows . the question i would like answered is . why the gas engine adds nothing to the hp/torque to this vehicle ? the answer to that may explain a lot .
