Remote climate settings, heated seats

I am a new owner of GT PHEV 2023 since last December from Quebec… quite cold and unfortunately no, the heated seats do not turn on, even if they were left on when you stopped the car. Dealer told me it’s made this way, nothing we can do. By the way, your heated seats, does the back gets warm as well? It seems on mine that just the seats itself gets warmed, in contrary to my old CX5

Hmmm.... not sure on the backs. I will check tomorrow. Here I thought I'd just leave the heated seats on night before and fix it. Hate that will not work.

Have you check if the back was also heating finally? I am still convinced that mine are not on my GT-premium

I'd say they do not...

Seems like the very lower back area is heated on mine🤷‍♂️

After carefully checking it out and allowing time to warm up, yes, the lower back portion of mine are heated as well as the base....
