Replace interior lights with LED bulbs
I was not able to find information on removing the bulb covers.
Here are some pictures that you might find useful if you are doing the replacement yourself.
Rear seat reading lights have very small covers that require a small sharp tool to grab onto:

The main drivers light cover can be removed with finger tips. If you use a tool be careful not to grab the white plastic base. The cover just snaps onto it.
